CreditLogic Limited respects your privacy. We work with financial institutions and therefore collect business to business data only through this secure website. Our business is to provide secure mortgage lending applications that are both privacy-friendly and consumer focused.

Your Data

The only information we collect is the contact details you provide on our ‘Sign up’ form and our ‘Request A Demo’ form. By completing the form, you are consenting to CreditLogic making contact for business purposes. We collect name, company, telephone & email address. We transfer your data from this site and store it securely within HubSpot and G-Suite, which are both hosted within the EU. We use your information only for the purpose of business communication and do not share it with any third-party unless it is for the direct purpose of providing a service to you. We store your details only for the lifecycle of our business relationship and no longer than necessary.

If you visit our offices, we have CCTV cameras installed for the safety and security of our employees, visitors, infrastructure and technology. There is clear signage as you enter the office regarding retention time and point of contact for information. You can view our CCTV Policy at any time.

You have the right to:
1. Ask us what information we hold about you and receive a copy of this data
2. Ask us to delete or stop communication with you
3. Ask us to transfer a copy of your details to another organisation
4. We would always encourage you to let us know if any information we hold on you is incorrect or out of date
